I recently stayed at a spacious property on Blake Street in York for a few days. The rooms were well-sized and had high ceilings with traditional features. The living room was comfortable, and the kitchen had a table for dining. The utility room on the top floor was a useful addition. The location was convenient, with shops, supermarkets, the Minister, and museums within easy walking distance.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The accommodation was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for a family stay. The central location allowed us to easily explore all the local attractions and shops. The highlight of our stay was the fine bath facing the minster on the top floor. It was a unique experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from nearby pubs and a McDonald's that was open 24/7, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a nice and enjoyable trip.

The spacious apartment over three floors was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice touch with a coffee/tea hamper on arrival. The central location was perfect, and the staff at Stays York were amazing, with efficient and good communication.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the selection of breakfast items.

There were several negatives during our stay. the lack of cleanliness was a major issue.

the location was perfect, centrally located and close to Betty's tea house and the cathedral. the property itself was spacious, with multiple rooms spread over three floors. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee/tea hamper waiting for us. the house was impeccably clean, with new carpets throughout. the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, and the heating worked well, keeping us warm and cozy despite the cold weather. the WiFi was reliable, and the TV had iPlayer and other streaming services. The communication leading up to our stay was also excellent. Cons: Nothing to be said. 🤷♀️.
